GENERAL INFORMATION & POLICIES

PAULMARLEY FOUNDATION (PMF) ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS POLICIES/DONATIONS

Registration and in some cases full suggested payment (all suggested payments are considered a donation to our 508c1a non-profit self supporting foundation) for PaulMarley Foundation Classes & Programs occur at the time of registration online with a credit or debit card; players will not be permitted to participate unless a registration form & waiver has been completed. PaulMarley Foundation Classes & Programs will be a month-to-month tuition or a one time payment for programs that begin and and end seasonally.  

REFUND POLICY/CREDITS  

PaulMarley Foundation does not give refunds or reimbursements. Instead, PaulMarley Foundation offers credits towards future programs. If there is an error on PaulMarley Foundation’s part there will be a full or partial refund on credit or debit card on file. In some cases a check will be mailed. If charges are disputed from your bank and it is reversed so your player can continue- there is a $25 to cover banking charges

SCHOOLS/PMF POLICIES

If a PaulMarley Foundation Classes & Programs are at a school, the school will have their own policies on the enrollment form for your specific school; in lieu of a signature the online registration form has an “I agree” box that acknowledges, agrees and accepts all of the school’s and all of PaulMarley Foundation Policies & Waiver. PMF is considered a part of the school and as such is not responsible for the condition of the school's facilities, nor for any actions taken by the school which might in any way change or impact the programs.

CANCELLATIONS

If any of the PaulMarley Foundation Classes & Programs are cancelled due to inclement weather, the coach will make every effort to work with the school to schedule a make-up class at some point within the program time-frame. PaulMarley Foundation does not guarantee that any classes or programs will be rescheduled. PaulMarley Foundation Classes & Programs will coincide with school closings for weather/disaster and will not reimburse for classes or programs missed.

CLASSES MISSED

PaulMarley Foundation will not reimburse/prorate payments or make-ups for classes missed for any reason due to personal matters, including (but not limited to): vacations, under the weather, unexpected school closures, social events, personal family matters, etc.  

WAIVER/INDEMNIFICATION

Parent or legal guardian must check the “I agree” box on the online registration form that acknowledges, agrees and accepts all of PaulMarley Foundation Policies & Waiver before player is accepted to participate in any of the PaulMarley Foundation Classes or Programs: As parent/legal guardian of the child named herein, I hereby represent that the child has been examined by a pediatrician and is physically fit to participate in PaulMarley Foundation Classes or Programs. I understand there are inherent risks in participating in this or any athletic or art program. I hereby accept responsibility for and agree to pay any and all costs of medical treatment resulting from any injury suffered by my child as a result of his/her participation in any of the PaulMarley Foundation Classes or Programs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless PaulMarley Foundation, its agents, servants, employees and/or representatives from any and all liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of my child’s participation, of every kind and nature, in PaulMarley Foundation Classes or Programs and Events. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give permission for care to be administered by a qualified school staff member, PaulMarley Foundation staff member, EMT, physician/staff of a hospital, or any other qualified individual to provide any medical treatment deemed necessary for my child. PaulMarley Foundation WILL NOT use photographs and/or videos of my child while participating in any PaulMarley Foundation sponsored activities.
